Early in the planning and funding phases of this multi-million dollar residential development, we developed an identity and brochure to help investors envision the developer’s Tuscany-meets-Colorado experience.

  • The identity makes reference to traditional domestic Tuscan ceramics. It was hand painted, then digitized for consistent reproduction. A complementary word mark and monogram were developed for application to a range of sales and architectural applications.

  • This investor brochure tells the story of the developer's vision for the project – a romantic, relaxed, and well-appointed getaway – using stock photography and creative copywriting. The cover paper stock is made with toothy recycled cigar leaves and features a tip-in of the logo in a subtly debossed area.

  • The copywriting paints a dreamy vision of a life in an Italian-inspired mountain town. Custom watercolor vignettes and typography support the message.

  • Stock photography of the area and activities are outtakes from the work of a national advertising photographer. Limited-edition copies of the visionary piece were produced for vetted investors.
