For a local developer with a plan to build an environmentally sensitive residential community outside of Austin, we designed a suite of materials to reflect the vision of a cohesive, sustainable neighborhood.
The development's graphic identity was loosely patterned after a glass mandala that hangs in the owner's backyard. Colors were taken from the natural surroundings.
A colorful pattern based on the identity was developed for use on many elements of the brand.
The marketing brochure was created before any land was sold and the images selected were purposefully evocative.
A library of the developer's own photography was utilized to showcase the land and tell the story.
The website's lack of "brick and mortar" imagery made the property's natural beauty more evident. Visit the site.
Roadside signs set the tone and led the way to the spectacular views that awaited.
