Austin’s well-known women and children’s shelter, SafePlace, holds a fundraising walk each spring. We jumped at the chance to help spread the word with a family-friendly, economically-produced campaign.

Small and large posters and an event brochure use bold colors, simple type, and happy imagery to appeal to young and old.

Previous years' event materials made use of shoe or feet motifs. We took the idea a bit more literally, photographing the feet of our better-groomed friends with a Sharpie-rendered family on the toes.

Event t-shirts were a big hit with volunteers.
