The identity was based on simple typography that could be easily combined with trendy illustration or photography over the life of the project. For the project's first showing at a retail leasing trade show, we utilized illustration by Andrea Cobb to reinforce the future park-like nature of the site.

A compact teaser brochure included a project vision statement, renderings, a locator map, a master plan, and demographics.

The web site was designed to address the questions of neighbors – and investors.
