For this Texas developer, we created an identity and leasing materials for the early phases of this mixed-use development at the corner of Westheimer & Kirby in the heart of Houston’s River Oaks.
The logo and identity package reflect the high-end location of the property, near many of Houston's well-known museums. Classical serif typography (referencing Harper's Bazaar), a minimalist color palette, and bold black & white images and patterns borrow from the worlds of fine art, fashion, and interior design.
Early print concepts allowed the client to envision how the identity components would play out in print and direct mail.
Bold patterns and minimal use of the bright green color feel high-end but fresh.
Concepts for streetscape banners show the flexibility of a limited color palette when paired with strong images and graphics.
For the ICSC leasing convention, this 5" x 7" brochure employs "cowboy couture" with an Andy Warhol-inspired way to treat imagery.
Interior spreads introduce the project and its prime location in Houston's premier inner loop neighborhood.
We collaborated with the master plan architects to brand the renderings for the brochure with appropriate graphics.
Retail demising plans are straightforward and usable.
Demographics are treated with an editorial visual sensibility.
