Defining a new brand to accompany a new home

To coincide with the construction of their new 33,000 square-foot headquarters facility, the Austin Board of REALTORS® asked us to reposition and rebrand the organization, and then roll out the new vocabulary as they made the move into their high-profile home.

Branding

To reflect the evolving role of REALTORS® in a high-tech society, we created a new brand position and graphic vocabulary that convey the idea of connection. Then we extended this brand vocabulary across applications ranging from print materials and member communication tools to infographic installations in the new headquarters.

Signage and Environmental Graphics

The signage program we created for the new headquarters includes building identification signage, interior and garage wayfinding and code-required signage, and interpretive elements. We found a variety of creative approaches for incorporating the distinctive corner element from the new logo into the signage program.
